Katie joined our staff in May of 2025. She and her husband, Vince, met at Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, WI. They have served in full time ministry for 20 years together. They moved to Rockford in early 2025 from Lexington, KY where they had planted a church and Vince had been pastoring since 2014. Vince now Pastors at Berean Baptist Church in Beloit, WI. Ministry is where their heart is and doing it together has been a huge blessing to them.
Katie assists all other office staff in all their crazy ideas and never really knows what the day will hold! She enjoys every second of her job and talking with people who call or come through the office. She also helps to organize events at Central throughout the year.
Katie and Vince have 2 boys, Brett and Camden and 2 dogs, Grizzley and Zaria. Katie enjoys cooking and baking in her free time as well as playing games with friends and family. She enjoys serving others and making people smile. Fun fact, Katie plays the flute and enjoys using that talent for the Lord at her church!
