Welcome, Neighbor! 👋🎃
We’re glad you stopped by! You might have seen a sign in someone’s yard that says “Trick or Treaters Welcome”. Here’s what it means:
On Halloween night, families are out walking the neighborhood, kids are running door to door, and neighbors are connecting. We think that’s something special.
So instead of gathering at church, our families are choosing to stay home, hand out good candy, and be great neighbors. It’s our way of spreading kindness and joy on a night when the community naturally comes together.
What You Can Expect
If you see a Best Neighbor Ever sign, here’s what that house is about:
- Friendly faces and a warm welcome
- Generous candy for the kids
- A safe place to trick-or-treat
- Maybe even a little extra (like hot cocoa or bottled water for parents!)
Why We Do It
Our church believes that the simplest way to make the world better is by being a good neighbor. We want our community to know they’re loved, valued, and always welcome.
So this Halloween, look for the Trick or Treaters Welcome signs—and know there’s a light on and a neighbor ready to greet you.
